Anybody else here thinking that kid is mentally retarded? I don't know why but I just suspect that he is...... Hate on me if you want but I don't care, you know why? I like the Wizard of Oz, that's why.

I'm watching A Christmas Story....the reason the Wizard of Oz characters are there is this- During the parade, there's a float that says "SHOP FOR GIFTS AT MCBEES" (or something like that) & there are Wizard of Oz characters. They're there to promote shopping at that store:
