  • No problem mate, Anytime.

  • Are those bearings I see that are securing your steering shaft to the frame?? If not, what components did you use and did you get them from?

    Thanks

  • They are called pillow blocks, A bearing in a housing basically. I got them from RS(radio spares. The steering ones are 16mm ID and the axle ones are 25mm ID. You can get them on ebay as well. Should be under a tenner for the axle ones, Under a fiver for the steering ones.

You could get proper kart ones if you wanted from somewhere like spellfame karting.

    John.

I want to make a go kart aand electric too and I am unsure about some things. You look like you know what your doing, professional. Can you help me? I just have a few questions. Thanks.

  • What kind off brakes are you using?

And how are you mounting them? I'm building an electric go-kart and I'm having trouble finding the right brake and mounting system.

    Thanks

  • .....artwork

  • why u have the the air inlet on the inside of the cart like that it going make puting air in the tires a lot hard

  • Do you have single piston floating caliper brakes on there?

  • where did you get the spindles and tie rods from and are they expensive???

  • it depends on wat u want if u want a cheapy it wont cost mutch but it will wear out really fast or u can buy a heavy duty one that will work better and wont wear out for a long time but will cost more
