I find it so surprising the dramatic change of tone for whale hunting about Iceland are lenient and defensive. Yet a video about the Japanese whale hunting gets bash with racist and hateful comment.

Circle of life. Some must die that others may live. That animal will feed many people, and what is not used can be given back to nature to feed plankton and small fish, which in turn feed this whale's descendants. Nothing wrong with eating meat. We do it to live. If we weren't meant to eat meat, we wouldn't have those eight incisors and four Canines. :)
It LOOKS bad, but isn't that really an aesthetic thing? This is some people's LIFE SOURCE. One dies that many may live? Sounds good to me.
