" Whiney Kid Insists Officer Does Sobriety Test"

A twenty-something kid gets pulled over for DUI and bitches and moans that he can't do the field sobriety tests because they are on a hill. He then says that nobody could do these tests sober. When the officer disagrees, he insists that the officer do the tests first to prove that they can be done.
