Wow *claps hands* wonderful job :) Now can you play that good while marching? My band is playing this song in our show this year and I play trombone so its' pretty hard to play. But the song is so beautiful!

This song is weird for me. At first, when you play it, it's just boring. But as we got better at it... it started getting beautiful. It really can be a difficult peice, not technically, but because you have to play it musically to make it... not boring.

Either way, I honestly fell asleep to this song during class. It's a great song, but waking up at 5 + saxes not playing much = nap.

I love how the trombones do this canon-solo thing at the beggining, one by one and together... just beautiful

we were about to play this piece (the entire three movements) as part of our annual "Final Concert" but it was cancelled

Back in 1997, my high school marching band played La Fiesta and Mass as part of our show. It's much harder playing this and moving. I played trombone. It was SO moving. thanks for bringing back some good memories. :-)
