As a longtime Cathe fan who used to do the original Bodymax, on high energy days, I will definitely be adding this to the rotation! This is gorgeous work, head to toe, 97 minutes of fun but grueling work!

I have the Cardio Fusion dvd which is a compilation of this plus a couple other of Cathe's workout dvd's - it's probably my favorite out of all her dvds I own!
