Body Max 2 is 97 minutes long and features a warm up, a high intensity solid step segment, a cardio leg blast segment, an all upper body ( moderate to heavy weight) workout, a super tough core segment, and stretch. This is definitely an "eat your wheaties" workout! A step, hand weights, weighted barbell, and resistance band will be used in this workout

Body Max 2 Breakdown: Body Max 2 is similar in format to the original Body Max and is an advanced 97 minute total body workout.

The time breakdown for the Body Max 2 is as follows:

warm up - 9 1/2 min.

Step Combp #1 - 10 min.
Step Combo #2 - 6 1/2 min.
Step Combo #3 - 8 min.

Power Circuit Segments:

Circuit#1
Cardio Step - 2 min.
Cardio Blast -2 min.
Lower Body - 2 min.

Circuit#2
Cardio Step - 2 min.
Cardio Blast -2 1/2 min
Lower Body - 2 min

Circuit#3
Cardio Step - 2 min.
Cardio Blast -2 min.
Lower Body - 2 min.

Circuit#4

Upper Body Weights:

Back - 4 min.

  • As a longtime Cathe fan who used to do the original Bodymax, on high energy days, I will definitely be adding this to the rotation! This is gorgeous work, head to toe, 97 minutes of fun but grueling work!

  • Cathe is the best! I have all her workouts and this one is one of my favorites. Music is awesome!

  • I have the Cardio Fusion dvd which is a compilation of this plus a couple other of Cathe's workout dvd's - it's probably my favorite out of all her dvds I own!
