This is the first in my new series of Sims 3 Dream Houses. This is a large inviting Southern-inspired home with 2 floors, 2 story entry/living room, finished basement, 2 car garage, wraparound porch, 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. Enjoy! :)
Furnished Price: $203,000
Note: while the wall paint colors look different in the main 2 story room, they really are the same, its just that the lighting is strange which makes one look darker than the other. :)

plain and simple!! its more realistic than anything good work.

nope it cant have pets many but its very fun if you have the right computer for it you could build play anything it has new things too

It looked so comfy with the dark and relaxing colors. Makes me wanna be a sim just so I could live there! Great work! =)

I imagine so. They are already going to come out the first expansion for it, called World Adventures. It will be like Vacation and Bon Voyage
