A very simple exercise for training abdominal muscles. The exercise requires no equipment and developes the upper area of abdominal muscles. Anyone can perform this exercise: from novice (beginners) to professional sportsmen.

  • thank you!!!!!!!!

  • crunches?

  • Highly professional video! Finally I know everything: not only how to make the exercises but when to breathe in and out and exactly which muscels are working!

  • I work abs workout level 3 now and I can tell you its help

  • first off this: for guys who have bellyfat... DO CARDIO fist like crosstrainer and trackmail. when you belly fat is of then you can start the exercises like that

  • @Antipopularization Good luck trying to message me :D

  • @EllyMcCormack How does placing your hands behind your head increase weight/intensity?

  • @Antipopularization Google crunches, they're abs exercises similar to the exercise shown here with the minor difference being you place your hands behind your head to increase weight/intensity. They increase tone in the rectus abdominis, that is to say, their will be hypertrophy in the muscles due to regular exercise. The bundles of muscle fibres will increase in number.

  • @EllyMcCormack What do you mean by "crunches increase tone in the abs"?
