While the Japanese government continues to say that the yellow rain seen in Japan was simply "pollen," many have been reminded of a very similar occurrence after the Chernobyl nuclear disaster.

Almost on que, the Japan Meteorological Agency has confirmed the rain to be pollen after receiving hundreds of calls from concerned citizens.

The ''yellow rain'' seen Wednesday in the Kanto region surrounding Tokyo was caused by pollen, not radioactive materials as many residents had worried, the Japan Meteorological Agency said Thursday, reported the Japan Times.

That's right, according to so called experts, enough pollen to cause hundreds to report their findings, rained down on Tokyo at the same time as a devastating nuclear disaster has released high levels of radiation at least 20km from the nuclear plant.

Yellow rain is back in New Zealand - as it was the week of the huge quake - today is the annerversary of the 7.4 , reported initally as 33km shallow - and soon changed to 7.1mag and 10km shallow - lies and coverups everywhere!

There was the same yellow dust on my car in 2010, 2009, 2008 I live in Shizuoka. Was this radioactive dust from the future?. About as likely. The yellow dust was on my car this year from around February. It was bloody annoying but surely not radioactive.

I used to live in Oregon. Every spring, we did have a massive yellow pollen cover everything -massive - from the trees. yellow cast on everything, powdery, soft, so it would be a good idea to actually get a sample to be sure what it is.

all i gotta say is that even if this some how witch i hope but dont think it will have a good out come is that how as a pep can we continue to live in the shadow of theese energy plants??? its like whateing for a valcano to blow but worse. i know that other means of energy are still in lower stages of developement but come on we need to step it up safe renewable energy seams really nice right now. not going to loose sleep wither my solar panles are going to blow and kill my town. sorry bad spell

Yellow rain happens every year in Japan, it's called POLLEN. Not everything is a huge conspiracy or cover up so making a huge deal out of something like this isn't helping anybody. People that have computers in Japan and those who have loved ones in Japan have to see constant reminders of this horror everytime they get on their computers. they're are already dealing with a lot. Let's try to give them a break on Youtube for at least a week and just concentrate on helping, okay?
