A1: Atlas Stone - 5 x 5
A2: Keg Clean & Press - 5 x 15-20
A3: Tire Drag - 5 x 50ft
A4: Heavy Bag Flip - 5 x 15-20
A5: Battling Rope Variations - 5 x 45-60 sec
