In what would be Jack Charlton's last game as manager of Ireland, his team lose 2-0 to the Netherlands in the qualifying play-off for Euro '96. Both of the Dutch goals come from Patrick Kluivert; the first in the 29th minute and the second in the 88th. Charlton bids Irish fans an emotional farewell after ten memorable years in charge which saw him help Ireland qualify for their first ever European Championship in 1988 and their first and second ever World Cups in 1990 and 1994.

Footage from the documentary, 'The Charlton Years'.
