Anyone who didn't work would receive increasingly severe punishments, usually jail time. Without an expectation of reward for excepting risk many products will disappear. Lumber will go away, steel and all metals will disappear, coal will effectivly go away, no deep ocean seafood. Electricity delivered via high tension lines will stop flowing, innovation will not exist. Life expectancy will decline.
