  • Hey... to the concerned people at the expert village, i think it would be so much better if you could upload the entire recipe in one video itself.. as it gets confusing for the viewers - its like putting together a puzzle.

  • this is how I do it. after steaming the fish, you should add salt/pepper/soy sauce to the fish. heat the ginger along with a clove of garlic in vegetable oil. when the oil is hot, pour over the fish.

  • This is the best one I have seen so far on youtube. For better taste, use lard. Veggie oil is okay. Ingredients are - fish, ginger, oil, soy sauce, and green onion.
