Would be good if every house you work on has a 16 foot wide driveway. Not to practical for city contractors though. If you can't open it you are basically just using up space inside.

I dig the concept and respect your efforts, but as a contractor I wouldn't use it. Keep up the thinking though, we all need people like you coming up with ideas to make working easier. :o)

I think it would work better in good weather with the fiberglass just entirely removed. How about an expanding tent frame type structure instead? There are a few military designs that use that sort of thing in a mobile kitchen, but it is a tent structure, not fiberglass. The idea being that the sides open up for easier access.
