Except that's difficult for me because I feel that instead of reacting to it, I'm just letting it dwell in my head. I don't like completely ruling out negativity, it's not me. But using your judgement for when it's appropriate seems good though.
I think in many lifes issues we CAN choose to react positivley, and that can make your whole day different. But, what if you see a car accident? What if you see someone get raped or murdered? What kind of person would I be if I wasn't horrified? The fact is, things like that are traumatizing and if you deny that feeling it's only denying the truth of what you are really feeling. You can choose what you do after the trauma, but some things you just feel regardless of choice. That's my opinon.
OMG this video was so applicable to me today. My car was keyed about a month ago, and today I notice a dent in the driver's side door. I was in the car when the dent happened because I heard a loud ping but thought it was just something hitting underneath. I was driving by a little league field so it could have been a baseball.
But the point is I tried to do the same thing. I analyzed the situations and realized there is nothing I could do because I had no proof or witness to the damage.
By this video (and some of the previous ones) I can say that you have a quite of distance to life (I'm not judgemental - it all comes out from my observations :D). I guess so because you don't like to label anything and in this case you're even so humble not call the things you say as advice :)
I did not have the guts to open myself and to share my problems and concerns at this point. Perhaps soon I will be more brave about that and start getting naked infront of my own conciousness. I think you caused me to be confronted with my own thoughts and wanting to reach out and considering sharing them. Thanks Dave

It is really hard to do that but it helps so much to i guess get rid of a significant amount of negativity in your life.

Hmm.
For me there are three choices.
I get mad for a split second.
Just sorta "grr" for a momment.
Scrunch up my nice alittle.
But then after that half a second, I move on. Accept. And don't carry on this anger through out the day.
It works wonderfully to do it this way<3
