  • Mixing grains and legumes give complete amino acids. Are you talking just meat protein?

    I raise my own chickens/eggs, so I know what they get.

    I started to use Krill oil a few weeks ago.

  • What about vegetables? are they o.k.? I don't know how long vegetables have been around as to meat. Is it o.k to eat Green vegetables like Spinach and Green Beans and Peas.
