Yes I have seen a guy that old in 88 with a Mohawk, trying to sound cool. I think he was just burnt out from the drugs he took during the original 60s-70s punk movement and tried staying "cool" for the kids.
Also, he looks more like Rodney Dangerfield than anything. When I played this game back in the day, that's always how I imagined his voice to sound like.

Don't listen to those assholes. Sure AVGN, IRATE GAMER, etc are great but i've seen almost all their videos so it's good to see more people reviewing these old shitty games.
