  • I can listen to Nick all day and never get bored :)

  • Happy Birthday Nick! Love you!

  • as regards to the eighties, you couldn't get anymore genious than this,he is my god and sooooooooo talented.

  • To Brandoefc123.. wow you need some guidance... this band has influenced a generation of new musical acts and you just dis the keyboard player as someone who should act his age?? not good at all my friend...not good at all!! what should a fifty yr old act like eh?? Tina Turner? Mick Jager? Bruce Springsteen? Bono? get a clue.

  • this man is the reason I took up keyboards...! If it weren't for him as an influence -- I don't know if I would have been in bands and still writing and playing music to this day...! I owe a nod of gratitude and respect -- my life, my wife and the charms of life through music. Cheers! This album is going to be an instant classic... a little "New Romantic" vibe possible? I wonder if Nick still has the WASP keyboard.... I still have my first JX-8p... hahhahah

  • Nick didn't write "Too Shy" by Kajagoogoo. Nick Rhodes was the producer along with Colin Thurston (Duran's producer at the time). I do agree it would be super cool to hear Duran do a cover or Limahl (Kajagoogoo's singer) guest vocal on a new Duran tune.

  • Like to hear a b-side shy too shy with Simon vocals. Think that would be very special to hear since you wrote it rhodes.

  • good artist, good friend, wise person.

  • @jennanntaylor I agree with you re: RCM. It was Timba/Timber - NOT DD. I hate that Andy T. is no longer with them. Missed being front row a few times and seeing the entire band together again. Any-hoo - I hope that DD goes back to their "sound" and NOT try to be "relevant". DD has Fans who will buy their CDs. Good music is good music and younger people will enjoy it. DD - don't sell out your style! (and get Andy T. back - dang it!)

  • It's like a relationship - if it needs THAT much therapy - it ain't workin'!!! I LOVE The Boys, but RCM was terrible and I'm getting the same struggling impressions this time around.....I hope I'm incorrect!
