http://www.blogilates.com Yay! Another HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout! I challenge you to take it outside at the park. Find a bench and go nuts! Run this routine through 4x total for a total body, fat burning workout! I was sweating so much!

  • I have a question... is this something you'd recommend someone with slight knee problems doing.

  • Nice workout, this will slightly improve strength and ketosis. However, I would highly reccomend that you use this HIIT technique while running. Doing HIIT while running is more prominant, burning more than 100 percent body fat than steady cardio. This will give your body more potential which will get you to the ketosis state faster.

    Just a reminder, I would also reccomend doing cardio first thing in the morning before any meal. Studies have shown that cardio before breakfest burns up to 20

  • Lol I did the knees & by the 4th one i slipped off my chair and fell. I was on the floor laughing myself to death on how badly i failed. Thank god i was on carpet

  • Your workouts help give that little extra to my routine. I usually run/swim/cycle slow and easy to de-stress, but I find your workouts incredibly fun and challenging. I'd recently broken a foot and could do little else but your pilates workouts. They really kept me balanced.
