Inside the same apartment they found his seven-year-old daughter Reigh (ray) Boss. She was unhurt. He was in court Monday morning on fugitive charges of abducting a minor.The hunt for Rockefeller began more than a week ago. Police say he attacked a social worker during a supervised visit with his daughter in Boston. Police say he then arranged for two drivers to take them to New York City.
