    Good question, yet the answer is simple.. It does make a noise (noise as in a sound, not as in annoying to a person or animal)

  • @AGAonLIVE Well how do you know it still makes vibrations if their is know one their to feel them? nothing is certain unless you are at the place of it happening and have witnessed it.
