I liked the old YouTube. No copyright claims, no bitching...

I hate You Tube's policies for not checking these things out.. TONS of people that make videos are being bannned for no reason at all...
If I make a video I ALWAYS ask the artist if I can use their music... Check out my beatlefanalways and check out my beatle/McCartney video and Sexyback is available.. Even here on my Chipmunk Page I deal with the copyright holders directly.. The TROLLS have no life and are the disease of You Tube....

Data has been made available on "Tyger's response to 'copyright violation' in 'YouTube vs Warner Music Group (WMG) vs US'."

Correction: Besides the single channel, there is more than one channel owned by JBTheAnimator targeting this user. I will follow this up with a list later on. Reading names in the Blocked Users list can take from several minutes to a few hours, depending on how many users have been blocked.

JBTheAnimatior made a video with this video in it. he hates you and you could take that video down because you are in it without your permission

"HEY, LOOK AT ME! I'M IMPORTANT, CUZ IMMA ATTENTION WHORE!"

Welp they deffidently need an evidence form. All the music in my videos was music that I had bought and put it in with some pictures. Its really funny because its none of the pictures that were reported but the music. some of the music on my videos was from the soundtrack that I had paid for and just added a fancy animation to. Youtube sickens me more and more evryday. pretty soon there isnt going to be any sound in the videos.

robertquime
give him hell, he is responsible

It's sort of like, one of the laws in the US constitution mixed up.
"Anyone in the court of law is innocent until proven guilty.." Well now it's.
"Anyone in the DMCA violation is guilty until proven innocent."
Thats effed up...XDDD
so anyone can complain about yer vid (and be utterly fake) like you create the music..and anyone can write to yt and say that its theirs...ok..then does that mean they can claim copyright and sell your stuff?

No. It just means that they claim your video violates their copyright, even when it doesn't. Youtube only takes the video down, not surrenders your rights to the other person.

it had to be mike from Tech PB. LOL

Actually, it wasn't Mike.
It wasn't even anyone in paintball.
Do some research, you can figure it out too.

Well, I suppose all is well that ends well.
So far, so good.. Funniest thing happened today. I noticed that YouTube, 100% completely does not even screen the videos.. I'm not sure how they figure out that audio is copyrighted to another company.. when I upload a video it has to be "Processed" Then it flags the copyright. Which means, someone.. somewhere.. screened my video..
Why not have those people who "Screen" our videos, screen ones that have claims filed against them? Isn't it his JOB?

The common theory is that there's a program that runs, and looks for tags on the audio tracks that are the same as the music that is not allowed by companies. It's why you can tweak the audio with a small percentage speed up/down and defeat the system. the other theory is that it's somehow electronicly tagged, so going from MP4 to analog back to MP4 works as well.
Not that I'd know about that.
