Rugal vs Rugal! Who will win?

Storyline:
After a humiliating defeat to Iori, Rugal sets out into the world to find ways to improve his skills. He stumbles upon a hidden temple, which had inside it... him? The other Rugal seemed to be a construct of some sort, judging by the wires connected to it.

The construct Rugal activates and starts to attack Rugal.

(Kinda Corny, yep, but I hope my writing skill will improve as my fighting skill does :P)

I've played both SNK and Capcom versions )3's AI sucks. it should be as much special spamming as "shin" Rugal (he REALLY shouldn't have tried to fuse Orochi power and Murderous intent)

Word of God(ie SNK themselves) said that Omega Rugal from '98 is the strongest Rugal. That Rugal has an Ashura Senku called Vanhsing Rush....that does massive damage....and Gravity Smash, a projectile God Rugal is TRYING to use but fails.

That 2002 version of Rugal is...ugly. Could just be the palette, but he looks like his fashion-sense took a dump. Plus he looks like he's been hitting the 'roids. :P Whichever they used for CvS definitely seems to have been his best look.
