As if in cement Moored from the stomach down...a Squirrel thing. Squirrel, an attempt at making a Kung-Fu (whatever that might actually be). In washing dishes I noticed that my hips would shake as I scrubbed 'round and 'round on the dish. If I moved slower with my hands then the hip-shake was proportionally less. I found a pace at which I could wash the dish yet muchly Not rotate my waist --move my hips. I am still moving from side to side. But I can find a pace to be moving on one side and the other side can restrict the movement. The grabbing seems to happen without me forcing it. The body works without effort in certain conditions. The Conceptualization of effort without the conscious forcing of complete effort...this is Squirrel--a molecule of Conceptualization-the smallest amount that is that thing. There must be some effort. The amount of effort is not so-much Force as Will. The Conceptualization of Effort, by-passing Force, Initiated by Will, Maintained by perpetual Momentum--Ernie Moore Jr.'s Kung-Fu, Squirrel.

The stuff that might resemble fighting is more-at Ernie Moore Jr.'s Kung-Fu (Leopard-Monkey). What I understood of Kung-Fu was mimicking Nature or representing concepts, Family styles and Animal styled moves. Drawing from the animals I had come across and what they represented as a standard. I picked Leopard because it counts as fierce~. I picked Monkey because of Fun. Low stress but highly active fierceness...Could be a good Kung-Fu. Squirrels are playful, have claws and move in trees. I only had squirrels around as opposed to Tigers, Cranes or Dragons. If there were snakes in the backyard I didn't really notice them. The Squirrel had thick thighs-legs and I liked kicking. They could from a standing position jump backwards, rotate in the air and hit the ground running. This to me is good abdominal and I was pudgy. It seemed to work out; a Squirrel might be thought of as a Leopard-Monkey. Squirrel has no attacks except perhaps one (to the throat). Looking at attacks I noticed they mostly seemed to leave me vulnerable. To reduce my being vulnerable Squirrel would basically have no attacks. I was to be developed such that general attacks would not hurt me. If person does not hurt me I am less motivated to attack person. I do things I think look good and seem fun and are fun. I'll do fighting similar stuff but it's not anything I should claim could work for real. Breathing is part of moving. I like this little bit of realized thinking One might call Squirrel. In Squirrel one bends from the ankles and as in this clip has the stomach as the new feet. This was how I was thinking of it, yet the abdominal moves below the stomach. But it's tied off at the stomach like a towel one winds--farther from the base or tied off part...One key thing in Squirrel is doing other than explaining it. I like it- I do it. I think it's Fun and feels nice, I do it. I think it looks good- I do it. Explaining can get too specific that some is left-out and then it isn't absolutely True...Whatever whatever whichever whatever...Be The theory here is moving while standing. Squirrel is supposed to just stand there what it can. But by moving while standing I might move enough to avoid a strike from landing and big key thing is its Developmemtal. Squirrel is developmental. Squirrel might not be smart useable in a fight or life or death getting attacked, but the Squirrel thing should be developmental. --Twoo Harmony (my musical--Music Industry) name).

I noticed I had muscles where I hadn't noticed them before. Many clips of me are shirtless so I can see what musculature activates during that technique or move. A study in me.
