Sunn originated from Seattle. There is a community here called Ballard. Members of Sunn and the woman in this song started a band in Ballard called "Thorr's Hammer".

Its actually a boring norwegian folk song. Håvard Hedde is The name of a guy who claims to be good looking and wants to get married.
