Really now? I have fought on international, and national levels, winning almost all my matches. I also have a wrestling background as well in which I compete at national levels as well.
I have boxing and taekwondo as my hand to hand training in which I excel at, but do not regularly compete in. I like to stay lean so I go to the gym for 7 hours a week and push it to the extreme. I have to allow time to recover because of the intensity my trainer wants me to be at.
