@webster03 oh sorry I didn't know I was in english class. I don't care how many time you won the conference title. I wasn't talking about who won what. Your coach is a liar and a cheater. Five of your players were ineligible this season and your coach still played them.
@bedford2108 Yes, we are still the class of the conference. Since 2002, two schools have won the conference outright: Michigan, in 2003 and Ohio State in 2006, 2007 and 2009. In '02, '05, '08 and '10 we shared the conference title. Since 2002, we have been in a BCS game in every year except '04. Since '02 only three home loses in the conference. Yeah, we are still the class of the conference. Why don't you learn the difference between "your" and "you're" before you talk.
Know this. what school in the big ten has won at least a share of the conference 5 of the past 6 years? Ohio State. What big ten school has gone to five of the past six years? That would be Ohio State. You can say we are assholes, you can talk about our vanity, but we have earned it. One cannot argue that. So, until Penn State, Purdue, Michigan, Wisconsin or any other Big Ten punching bag match Ohio State, shut the fuck up. And always remember you mean nothing to us, except Michigan.
I know this was written over a year ago, but I had to comment on it. Three winning seasons, three bowl victories, one BCS bowl victory, one finish in the top 3 in the nation, three years of finishing ranked. Some of our losses (2005 in Ann Arbor, 2006 in Columbus, etc) being games we SHOULD have won, but still managed to finish good, yeah, I'd say we're back. Penn State really only left for 2003-2004, even though 2000-2001 were kinda rough, but we had other years like that, like 1966 and 1988.
I am an OSU fan, and lets face it, the crowd, and Tamba Hali, kicked our ass that day. I'll admit it, this year I'm not feeling too good about playing in Happy Valley with a young offense.

2001: 29-27 PSU (OSU lost to a 5-6 PSU team! That's gotta sting!)
2002: 13-7 OSU
2003: 21-20 OSU (Squeaked past a 3-9 PSU team, real impressive)
2004: 21-10 OSU
2005: 17-10 PSU (not as close as the score, it was like a bloodsport)
2006: 28-6 OSU (much closer than the score, two pick sixes in the last two minutes)
2007: 37-17 OSU (OSU won big here!)
Just a conference game? I think not!

Are we really "just a conference game" like Purdue, Minnesota, and Iowa? The series is 12-11. Let's look at the Big 10 history.
1993: 24-6 OSU
1994: 63-14 PSU (Ouch! It wasn't even that close! Weren't we leading 56-0 at halftime?)
1995: 28-25 OSU
1996: 38-7 OSU (This was impressive, you beat a great PSU squad here)
1997: 31-27 PSU
1998: 28-9 OSU
1999: 23-10 PSU
2000: 45-6 OSU (Your best game)

I respect OSU fans cuz at least they are good sports about losing. unlike all those bitch-ass michigan fags who are dicks even when they win.
