You absolutely cannot say for sure that sightings are on the rise. The entry barrier for the amateur to report sightings has only come down over the years. Mobile video capture and global communications via the Net has resulted in ever-increasing reports.

made a vid and found out it was venus
in 2010 seen a ufo and was to scared to stop and make a vid

I'm in Florida. I am always looking. My daughter and I both saw moving 'stars' on the same night about 2 months ago. I haven't seen anything since.
