Registration is Noon til 2pm at Hoosier HD with the 84 mile Police escorted ride leaving at 2:30p. $20 a rider and $25 for Rider/Passenger with each receiving a commemorative tee shirt! The ride will travel throughout Elkhart County and we will escort a steel beam from the World Trade Center provided by Elkhart IAFF 338! The ride is planned to end at the new FOP Lodge 52 building in Elkhart (1003 Imdustrial Parkway) where there will be food and beverages, along with live music! Last year more than 400 motorcyclists participated benefiting Elkhart County Council on Aging. All proceeds for 2011 will assist Elkhart Fire Captain Vito Palumbo who was struck by a car and underwent brain surgery. The Fallen Heroes Tot Lot Playground will be the 2012 charity! This event is sponsored by Hoosier Harley Davidson, Planet Radio (Froggy Radio, WAOR FM, The BEAR, B100), Elkhart International Association of Firefighters Local 338, Axemen Firefighter Motorcycle Club, Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 52, and the Blue Knights Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club, along with Michiana Harley Owners Group 2061!
