Cobalt SS/TC vs new 5.0 Mustang

Cobalt is fully bolted and tuned on e85, and the mustang is intake, catless exhaust with the bama tune. The mustang let out after the cobalt pulled ahead.

@AdRiAnT4U, this car is tuned via trifecta. You will need to contact a trifecta dealer and ask them about it. Coincidentally, the owner of the cobalt is a trifecta dealer...

@08turboSS lol, a high tuned SS/TC can hang with a 3.73 6speed tivct 5.0 NO PROBLEM. driver commented that he trapped 114mph... if you don't think he's under 13secs then youre just being biased. so many ford homers on here. watched a new stock Boss 302 make 5 passes the other night... best was 12.8 at 112. haven't seen a "stock" 5.0 sniff low 12s LOL, with bolt ons and tune and tires maybe.

@moncayoc1 you must not know too much about these cars. a high tuned SS/TC can take care of a near stock 5.0 no problem. A stock SS/TC could easily take the old GTs. why do people think the new 5.0 is invincible??? its a great car... for the money

the 5.0 was a 2012 and he didnt have as much traction as me and he missed a gear.....his best time was 12.5 that day

that was a low 13 pass out of my car in this vid... later that day i ran a 12.9 at 116 with a 2.3 60ft low 12s to come!

Cobalts are turbocharged Cavaliers and well Cavaliers are the same as Sunfires so I guess they are all crap!
