  • Yeah, sorry bro...but you need less weight. You should try to touch your ear lobes with your shoulders with every rep. That builds nice traps. But do deadlifts first.

  • If that's the best form possible with that weight, you should use less weight. Form before weight = better results.

  • Last time I checked, you don't bend your elbows outwards...if you're bending them naturally, maybe you should change your grip.
