Yeah, sorry bro...but you need less weight. You should try to touch your ear lobes with your shoulders with every rep. That builds nice traps. But do deadlifts first.

If that's the best form possible with that weight, you should use less weight. Form before weight = better results.

Last time I checked, you don't bend your elbows outwards...if you're bending them naturally, maybe you should change your grip.
