  • @typeclash There isn't anything wrong with it. A slower metabolism is actually healthier than a faster metabolism. Sure, you'll burn more calories with a fast metabolism BUT a slow metabolism is more efficient, taking in more nutrients from the food you take into your body. A slow metabolism also slows down aging effects, so you look younger longer. As soon as you start eating more food, your metabolism speeds up again.
