The boyfriend has been dead-scared of eating balut since he got to the Philippines. He thinks it's made of pure gross and the whole idea does not make sense. Besides, as per Mr. Kim, there are feathers and "chicken feet" inside the shell. LOL.

But because it's my birthday and I asked him to, he gathered up his courage and ate balut for the first time. YOU SHOULD WATCH THIS VIDEO BECAUSE IT IS EPIC (and truly LOLOLOLLL!). Kim Yong-Jin hwaiting!

@sephdl I dont think the video is stating that Koreans eat balut in general nor is it staple in their diet. It's just simply ONE Korean person trying balut for the first time in their life. If you look at the title it says "the" Korean eats balut, meaning it's a specific person, not all Korean people.
