I don't think we even need to say "equally". We should just say "God loves all of us." The sentiment you're trying to express is more clearly said this way: "God's love is not contingent on us. It cannot be lessened by and wrongful sin nor any good deed. God's love is ontological."

they probably give them food...and its not about dragging them in there its about showing through your actions that jesus is here on earth. Its about showing them this physical life is only temporary and that there are bigger and better things when it ends. My church actually takes in the homeless and lets them eat and stay at our church for a week and then they go to another Episcopalian church. Its called Family Promise.

No no, they weren't homeless... they were druggies.

No offense nirvana but bringing homeless eople to church isn't really helping them. Its giving them a place to be for a coupe hours. Wha they need is food, shelter, clothes but most importantly love. What they dont need is to be dragged into a church (probably with the promise of free food) to be told over and over again God will take care of every problem as long as they are a christian. God is always with us. But that doesnt mean he is going to keep all bad things from us. Even being homeless

You made a typo when saying Hallelujah. :P
No problem though... amazing song!

Well that's odd... my church helps many people. In fact, during revival services, we brought in people from the streets.

Nicely done, i especially liked the bible verse at the beginning.

Cheers!

But thank God for the churches who do...there are some. I go to one. :)

I love the part where they added in the quote from Apollo 8.
Hallelujah indeed. The fact that God loves rapists, gay people, child molesters, liars, murderers, and you and me as much as He loves Mother Teresa is very good news. :)

He loves all of us equally. And I think there is an underlying message in that part of the song too: God is the only one who has the right to judge us.
