  • Delicious! And I can tell it's a real Moroccan cook because of the way she cuts the veggies... I had some talented Moroccan ladies show me how to do that once. I'd love to know what background music was used... it's magical, Thanks for your post! :)

  • great video ... the best investment I every made was getting myself a tajine! Just love it....

  • One of the best video's I've seen. Looks so delicious and can't wait to try myself. Thanks for sharing.

  • Good technique, and seems almost in real time! I love my tagine. I have been using it for nearly 20 years here outside Paris, France, where I have loved North African culture and food. I am American by birth. Uprated, favorited and shared. I think you need to show the lid on for the cooking is my only criticism. Very good.

  • I think this is brilliant. I have made this twice and will do so again. I think it will be one of my favourite dishes. Simple ingredients and simply done; tastes brilliant. Done on the hob with a metal/ceramic tagine. Thanks for the recipe and showing us how to do it.

  • @vivianpo22 You could make a note when the video is playing: 1 Spoon of Sunflower Oil, 2 Spoons of Virgin Olive Oil, 3 Pieces of Lamb Steaks, 2 Table Spoons of Salt, 2 Table Spoons of Black Pepper, 2 Table Spoons of Ginger, 2 Onions, 3 Carrots, 3 Cloves of Garlic, 2 Sliced Tomatoes, 1 Cup of Peas, 2 Peeled & Sliced Courgettes, More Salt, Red Pepper and some Red Food Colouring Powder obtained from Most Middle Eastern Food Shops...and 1 cup of water...

  • I made this but my guests were confused as to why it had pies in it

  • is it parsley or cilantro at the end?

  • Where can I obtain a list of ingredients ?
