Cash for clunkers is the dumbest damn idea ever at most they would give you about 1500

Anyone feel like running some liquid glass through Obama's limo with me?! Yeah, probably not, he didn't pay for it. We did, and GM can always make him another and put it on our tab. He'll never feel remorse for killing a dying breed of the best trucks and engines on the road... he isn't getting his hands on my 460. This is exactly what happens when you put a liberal (nicer word for socialist hack) in office.

Way to go Obama. You created a program that ruined thousands of good vehicles that many poor and underprivileged families could have used. How hard would it have been to do this program so that those who were close to getting a new vehicle could, then sell all the "clunkers" at lower than blue book value so that many families who couldn't have afforded a vehicle would be able to get one. Selling these vehicles would have helped cover the cost of the program and stimulated the economy.

@gio281287 Owning a F250 1993 hauling a camper on it. That's what's great about America, you have CHOICES for now. I don't want some government official telling me what I can and cannot drive. Show me one foreign made rig that can haul wood, a camper or a fifth wheel that gets 50mpg. and I still wouidn't buy it., AMERICAN MADE only.
