  • Local cops already have federal permission to enforce

federal immigration laws, under 287(g) without an MOU.

  • In 2005, the U.S. Supreme Court handed down a unanimous decision in Muehler v. Mena that questioning someone regarding their immigration status is not a violation of Fourth Amendment rights - provided that person is already lawfully detained.

  • Article 4 – States Relations

    Article 4 Section 4:

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

Paraphrasing: "Every state in the Union, is responsible to every state in the Union, for securing our Union against INVASION and DOMESTIC VIOLENCE."

  • You conform yourself to comply with SB1070 by obeying existing traffic laws and city ordinances.

  • Article 1 Section 10 Clause 3:

“No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.”

Paraphrasing: "Every state in the union, shall, without the Consent of Congress, engage in War, when actually INVADED."

  • Good Video. Check out the only Arizona Candidate for Congress with a plan to solve the Border Problem, Brian Miller! Check out Brian Miller for Congress dot com (US House of Representatives) Az District 8 (Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley, Green Valley, Benson, Vail, Sierra Vista Etc.)

  • Due to the fact that the Federal Government has failed to enforce its own law, Arizona is stepping up and enforcing that damn law, by making a rather redundant law, did you know its illegal to be illegal? If the Federal Gov. thinks this will go over well with the Citizens of this country they are wrong, the Feds would rather spend time in court wasting more tax payers money and yet immigration is still not being enforced. Why dont they pull jurisdiction and step in and get the job done?
