@kyshtar Actually, the voice over was on Winds of Thunder, which was the Japanese PC-Engine SuperCD version of LoT. It's just that the localization team was either lazy or didn't have money, so they just cut the voice-over out instead of translating it when they brought it to America.
@Teraforce88 They probably wanted to show the intros with the awesome music uninterrupted.
