0:40 She right, and any show that has a good assemble of powerful female leads is considerably better to its male dominated counterpart - eg Star Trek Vs Star Wars!

If you look at soaps, it's always the powerful women that end up being the best remebered - its amazing that TV producers dont see this and most still undervalue women - esp older women.
