It's called the HK22 Gun and it's also referenced in RaC3 in black water city's coordinates transmission made by one of the bots that help you in the game when he said it's HK22's birthday. And that bridge is E.VIL!

in deadlocked/gladiator once you hit level 10 it levels up very quickly. theres also a trick that i used on the mission "endzone"
