Saudi doesn't need any of this hardware; it has had American troops and bases in place since the first Gulf War. What's more most of the hardware stands idle and is never used; most Saudi's are considered too incompetent or too untrustworthy to be permitted anywhere near military equipment; fighter jets in particular. The Saudi military machine is a joke.
