let's not jump to irrational conclusions guys... it took the collective efforts of an entire team to win the redsox a championship. but, if any one person can should be credited for this, then clearly, it should be dave roberts; roberts stolen base late in the game the way that he did... completely changed the tide of the game in favor of the redsox. that was the pivotal moment... period!

a love what Manny has done for the red sox, but it wasnt only Manny who one the two world series for the red sox, if i am not mistaken, it was big pappy gave life to the red sox with a homer to win the game to stay with life down 3 to 0 with the Yankees back in 2004
