I dont remember very well, but I think your supposed to; go to Death Mountain, and climb up the wines where the Goron is. After he knocks you down, talk to Renado. Then go to Ordon Village, and talk to mayor Bo, and he will learn you how to wrestle, and then give you the Iron Boots. Now, go back to Death Mountain, and wear the Boots when you face the Goron.
