(sorry this is in English) hopefully some sort of safety measure not immediately apparent was in use for the lady's act, but I do wonder who came up with the idea that the magic would look better with her swinging off the ground on a ribbon (Though a more inventive approach than deciding that the magic would look better if she wore less clothing)

I agree with you. As a "show", Jack Liu's performance is not as stunning as JoJo Zhang's.
