hi rama, i was reading up online on brainwave frequency to achieve different states, what is your take on that? do you think that alternative is beneficial? would like to know your opinion. isn't that same as mantra's? do you see any harmful affects? thanks!

I recommend you use the body as the body is the most powerful instrument there is, as you cultivate it. Other tools and technologies will come and go, but your pineal gland will always be there, and the other organs of your body!
