I posted this video 5 days before the fire . It has highlights from the previous 2 festivals with 38 special playing in the background. And judging by the amount of hits it has gotten in the last couple of days I know there are alot of people out there who love the Blackthorne as much as I do. It's my 2nd home and I spend almost every weekend there . Lets all hope and pray that the Handel family will overcome this tragedy and The Catskill mountain Thunder will become the biggest and best bike festival around next year.

  • I love going to this ralley. We have a blast. I sure hope they get rebuilt in time for next year. If they do rebuild in time it will be one hell of a party I am sure.

  • @Gellis1 - I've been camping there for 7 years and this was my 4th bike fest there. It keeps getting better every time and i'm confident next years will be something you wont wanna miss .

  • @wildmanHD It was amazing that no one got hurt and unbelievable how well all the bikers worked together to get all the bikes away from the fire . Ride On !

  • Wildman, ahmen. My bikes were 75' from the building, by the time I coudl get down there it had been moved away, not quite far enough as it got cooking, but far enough to keep the ole fatboy from taking her last ride. I agree, thanks to everybody that worked together
