Dont' be afraid of them, back tumbling is alot easier than front.
For your bhs on beam, just keep practising it on a floor line until you feel confident enough and then try floor/low beam, medium beam etc
if one step gets too scary, don't panic, just go one down until you feel confident again.
Give it time and confidence and you'll soon get everything
