There is no reasoning with a liberal, period. Either you discuss a topic that they have never heard of yet feel very strongly about, or you actually do get somewhere but it just goes in one ear and out the other. It's a sad thing to want to be informed yet hate all of the truly informative information. Talking to a liberal about politics is like talking to a gym rat that never actually work out but reads the magazines and drinks the protein shakes. Any deep discussion is impossible.
