Using two onboard radar systems, Distronic can employ up to 40 percent of your vehicle´s braking power to slow your vehicle all the way to a stop, and then - with a tap of the accelerator - bring you up to the full speed of the flow of traffic. (Distronic Plus radar cruise control is no substitute for active driving involvement.)
