This video shows Company Administrators who are AT&T Enterprise business customers (100 or fewer employees) how to self-register and begin managing their new Premier account. Provide employees a pre-drafted email with a link to the Premier Online Store, along with some Frequently Asked Questions, and without any set up on your part, your employees can receive Premier-only discounts associated with your company. TEXT INSTRUCTIONS:

Are you a company administrator who's ready to take full advantage of all Premier has to offer your business? Start by registering for your new Premier account!

This training is intended for company administrators of small businesses -- that is, those businesses with 100 or fewer employees.

You must register as a company administrator before you can access Premier Online Care. After registering, you can begin managing your account and paying your bills online.

Once your company's Premier site has been created, you will receive two separate email messages from Premier@premier.wireless.att-mail.com. The information in the first message contains a temporary login ID and password that expires after 30 days so it's important you complete your registration in a timely manner. The second message contains a link to the Premier Online Store that you should forward to your Individual Responsibility Users.

If you do not receive the messages or they have expired, call Customer Care for assistance. Open the email with the subject "AT&T Premier: Corporate Portal." This message contains a link to the Premier login page as well as a temporary login ID and password assigned to your new site. Click the link in the message.

On the Premier login page, enter the temporary login ID and password, and then click Login. On the Registration page, all required fields are indicated by an asterisk. Enter a permanent Login ID... and a valid email address that contains your company's domain name.

Enter a password of your own choosing... then select a secret question and provide an answer that's easy to remember. Should you forget your login ID or password, this will help prove your identity.

Finally, enter your full postal address for security purposes. Then click Continue.

Follow the directions for accepting the terms and conditions of the Agreement, and click Continue again. Click Continue on the confirmation page... and the Premier Home page appears.

You're logged in and ready to begin managing your Premier account!

Now look for the second email message with the subject "AT&T Premier Individual Store for Employees." This message contains a link to the Premier Online Store along with some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). Forward this message to your employees so they can access the Premier Online Store and begin shopping.

Now, without any set up on your part, they can receive Premier-only discounts as well as those discounts associated with your company.

And that's it! Premier makes it that easy for company administrators to register for their new account.
